Work doesn’t feel like work when you’re having fun!

Brittany’s Life Philosophy

Years ago Brittany Pauline recalls a time when she was speaking with a very influential, female actress and entrepreneur whom she admired as a mentor. She told Brittany, “listen, it’s human nature to fear the unknown but if you aren’t uncomfortable then you’re not growing.” This has become her life philosophy. Now as an adult, she’s continuously striving for growth in not only her professional life but her personal life as well.

Anytime something feels uncertain, she keeps a very optimistic outlook and recalls that without discomfort there’s no growth. “When it comes to changing, everyone is scared, it’s human nature, but you can’t reach new heights without facing the unknown.”

Brittany’s Business Philosophy

“There’s a real art to being a producer. You have to be able to interpret a non-tangible idea and work with brilliant professionals toward creating an emotional response from an audience. It’s almost like learning a new language, once you speak it, you have to translate someone’s vision into another language so you can create a visual masterpiece.”

Being a producer is truly an art form not just anyone can accomplish, especially not with the success Brittany has seen. Brittany Pauline describes how a producer has a job which involves listening to the client deliver an idea that is not real and is completely intangible and interpreting what that means in order to find a way to create a tangible visual both the client and the audience can see.

When creating, the goal is to create some sort of emotional response from the audience so that they can connect with the message or story. Brittany’s talent to interpret what the client means into production lingo and work with her crew to deliver the message or story is truly an art form.

Brittany’s Client Relationships

“I’ve been blessed to work with some truly amazing clients. It’s been my pleasure to walk them through every step of the way. There’s nothing more satisfying than helping others. I have a long lasting, symbiotic relationship with my clients who are not only clients, but friends too.”

Brittany adores her clients whom she describes as visionaries, innovators, very creative, and a blessing to work with. Her clients are more than just clients, they are friends whom she connects with and looks forward to every new project.

Why Brittany Loves Working in the Industry

“It’s exciting, every project is so different from the next. It’s not repetitive like a 9-5 office job. One day I can be in a cranberry bog with Nicole Kidman for a skincare promo and then the next I’m halfway across the world producing a reality sizzle reel. I’m honored to work with amazingly talented crew all over the world and help bring incredible messages/stories to light.”
