What We Do
An Atlanta Videographer for Corporate Headquarters, Fintech, Healthcare, Entertainment, and Brands

Organizations use video for recruiting, investor communication, executive messaging, product launches, conferences, employee training, and brand campaigns.
Each assignment begins with a defined audience and objective. Interviews, locations, b-roll, graphics, and final formats are selected to support that goal instead of operating as disconnected elements.

WHY BEVERLY BOY
Atlanta Videographer Services Across Midtown, Buckhead, and Metro Atlanta
A straightforward executive interview may use one videographer with professional lighting and dedicated audio. Larger assignments can include additional camera operators, producers, sound mixers, lighting technicians, teleprompter operators, drone pilots, hair and makeup artists, and production assistants.
Personnel, equipment, locations, and deliverables are selected according to the scope rather than applying the same package to every project.
Transparent, Line-Item Quotes
Receive an itemized estimate within 24 hours separating personnel, equipment, locations, travel, project expenses, and post-production. This makes it easier to adjust the scope before approval.
Cinema-Grade Equipment
Sony, RED, and ARRI cinema systems are selected according to the recording format, lighting conditions, location, and final delivery requirements. Supporting equipment can include cinema lenses, wireless audio, professional lighting, teleprompters, gimbals, sliders, monitors, and media-management systems.
Local Crew, National Reach
Local camera operators, sound mixers, lighting technicians, producers, and production assistants are available throughout the metro. ICG Local 600 camera professionals, IATSE Local 479 technicians, FAA Part 107-certified drone pilots, and additional national resources can be arranged for larger or specialized assignments.
Full Permit Handling
Our team identifies the city department, transportation agency, venue, or property manager responsible for each location. We organize the applicable applications, insurance documents, access agreements, parking arrangements, public notices, and traffic-control requirements.
Filming in Atlanta
What It's Like Filming in Atlanta
Atlanta offers modern, historic, industrial, residential, and urban-trail environments across a geographically spread-out metro. Midtown and Buckhead provide glass towers, corporate headquarters, hotels, restaurants, and polished executive interiors.
Downtown adds civic architecture, convention facilities, major sports venues, hotels, and dense commercial streets. Castleberry Hill and West Midtown provide brick warehouses, lofts, studios, industrial roads, restaurants, and converted commercial buildings.
The Atlanta BeltLine, Old Fourth Ward, and nearby neighborhoods add trails, public art, parks, skyline views, and active pedestrian settings. Atlanta’s mature tree canopy also gives many residential and commercial areas a greener appearance than other large business centers.
Travel time can be less predictable than distance suggests. Rush-hour congestion, construction, stadium events, conventions, and concerts can slow moves between Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead, and locations outside the central city.
Local Filming Tips (Save Your Crew Time)
| Topic | Quick Advice |
| City Film Permits | A city permit may be required for activity on public property, closures, outdoor nighttime lighting in residential areas, temporary structures, special effects, firearms, vehicle stunts, dangerous activity, or equipment that could damage public property. |
| Private Property | Recording entirely on private property does not automatically trigger a city permit. Obtain the owner’s written approval and contact the city when the project includes regulated activity or affects nearby streets, sidewalks, parking, or residents. |
| General Lead Time | The city reports that straightforward applications may be processed in approximately 24 to 48 hours, but applying earlier protects location and service availability. Materials received within 72 hours of the start may incur rush charges. |
| Closure Deadlines | Submit full street-closure requests at least five business days ahead, lane closures at least three business days ahead, and sidewalk closures at least 48 hours ahead. Complex traffic plans should begin earlier. |
| City Fees | The current non-student fee schedule lists a $100 nonrefundable application fee and a $300 non-rush permit fee covering one month. Rush handling, changes, on-site services, closures, and agency support can add charges. |
| Atlanta BeltLine | Commercial activity on Atlanta BeltLine-managed property requires separate permission. Apply at least 10 business days ahead and provide the requested business documents, insurance, location image, and proposed content. |
| Centennial Olympic Park | Professional filming and photography in Centennial Olympic Park require approval from the Georgia World Congress Center Authority. Venue interiors, plazas, loading areas, and conference access must also be coordinated directly with GWCCA. |
| Weather | Summers are hot and humid, with afternoon thunderstorms that can interrupt exterior work. Spring pollen can coat vehicles, lenses, props, and reflective surfaces, while occasional winter ice can disrupt travel. |
| Sound | Interstate traffic, MARTA trains, aircraft, construction, nightlife, stadium events, and commercial HVAC systems can interfere with dialogue. Evaluate interview rooms during the planned recording period. |
| Drones | Review every proposed flight using its exact coordinates, altitude, date, and operating plan. Controlled-airspace operations require FAA authorization, while property managers, parks, venues, and event zones may impose separate restrictions. |

Endeavour Holiday Party Coverage in Atlanta, GA
For this Atlanta event documentary, we partnered with Endeavour to capture their annual holiday celebration with polished, cinematic coverage. Our DP worked with 4K cameras, tripod support, a gimbal for dynamic crowd movement, and a full audio kit including a shotgun mic and XLR inputs to clearly record speeches and live moments. A compact lighting setup ensured clean visuals throughout the evening.
The focus was on documenting authentic interactions, executive remarks, and the overall atmosphere of the event. The final deliverable was a professionally edited highlight video that Endeavour can use for internal communications, recruitment efforts, and future event promotion.

The crew also filmed creative job site b-roll using a Sony FS5 with Shogun recorder, Steadicam setup, and 24–70mm lens. The footage was prepared for a planned 3–5 minute edit and delivered by hard drive to the off-site producer.

Common Questions
FAQs — Hiring a Videographer in Atlanta
How much does a videographer cost in Atlanta?
Our half-day, single-camera Atlanta assignments generally range from $1,500 to $2,200. The final amount depends on the personnel, equipment, schedule, locations, access requirements, and editing scope.
Larger or multi-day projects involving additional personnel, several locations, aerial footage, and complete post-production may range from $12,000 to $20,000 or more. An itemized estimate is provided before approval.
What types of videos do your Atlanta crews film most often?
Our Atlanta videographers support corporate communication, finance, fintech, healthcare, technology, education, logistics, hospitality, entertainment, and recruiting.
Common assignments include executive interviews, founder stories, product content, training videos, keynote recording, conference coverage, live streams, documentaries, testimonials, and brand campaigns.
How far in advance should I book?
A straightforward weekday assignment should generally be booked two to three weeks ahead. This provides more flexibility for preferred professionals, locations, interview schedules, and parking.
Allow four to six weeks for BeltLine locations, public closures, major venues, several locations, police support, aerial footage, conventions, stadium events, or specialized equipment.
Can you handle filming permits?
A city permit does not automatically authorize access to Atlanta BeltLine property, private buildings, the GWCCA campus, MARTA facilities, state roads, county property, or separately incorporated cities.
Do you offer both ground and drone filming?
Availability depends on controlled airspace, temporary flight restrictions, stadium restrictions, property rules, pedestrian activity, and safe takeoff and landing access. Requirements vary across the metro, so every location must be reviewed individually.
What should I budget extra for when filming in Atlanta?
Exterior assignments may also benefit from contingency time for thunderstorms, heat, heavy rain, or winter ice. Conferences and stadium events can add loading, credentials, security, internet, labor, and parking charges.
How much should a 3-minute video cost?
A more involved project generally falls within the Tier 3 range of $4,500 to $7,500 or higher. Several locations, extensive interviews, aerial footage, custom graphics, licensed assets, permits, and multiple final versions can increase the total.
