TO ensure the safety of filmmakers in Michigan, Beverly Boy Productions has initiated several safety and health policies that are in place to improve safety on the film set.

The rules and practices enacted by our team in March in addition to the CDC guidelines included a focus on making changes to our production processes and schedules as well as to our procedures so that safe, healthy filmmaking could continue.

Our “new normal” looks something like this:

• We stagger our start times on set to limit the number of people on the film set at a given time.
• We use ZONING to reduce the cross-contamination of departments and reduce the number of people moving on the film set from one department to the next.
• We disinfect high-touch and high-traffic areas frequently to reduce the spread of germs.
• Social distancing of at least 6 feet is adhered to when possible and mandated masks or facial coverings are used in situations when social distancing is not possible.
