For the past several years Gordon Garreau Jr. has become a pivotal member of Team Beverly Boy. As a top Producer he has produced a plethora of projects for worldwide brands such as HBO, A&E, Bleacher Report, NBC, and countless more! He also produces regularly for small businesses, producing everything ranging from live streaming & event coverage to TV commercials and Film. Gordon’s overall mission at Beverly Boy is to see to it that all client needs are met by coordinating the right crew and gear for their project.
Gordon’s background
Gordon Garreau Jr. didn’t always aspire to be a producer, although creative interests were bound to lead him to a career that would allow his creativity to shine. As a child Gordon played guitar and he continues to enjoy drawing and painting. The AA Graduate was working on a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science at FAU while kickboxing competitively and actively skydiving when he had the opportunity to apply for the open position at Beverly Boy.
Upon meeting with the ownership, he knew he had to take action and that this was something he really wanted to do. He recalls, “It just felt right, and I had such good vibes meeting with the CEO that after the meeting I knew I had to act on the opportunity.”
What makes Gordon tick
An adrenaline junkie at heart, Gordon Garreau Jr. refers to himself as once a “skater punk” and BMX kid that now has a passion for sky diving with hundreds of skydives under his belt (an achievement that he understates saying, “hundreds isn’t a lot in the skydiving world.”)

He credits his wife and newborn son for keeping him “grounded” for now but intends to get back in the sky real soon. When asked about team building, Gordon mentions the importance of trust both which comes in marriage as well as when flying in formation with your team.
Favorite Thing About Producing with Team Beverly Boy
Gordon’s favorite thing about producing with Beverly Boy Productions is being able to surprise clients and wow them, getting great feedback from clients, and always building relationships with them that will last. With some of the most repeat clients at Beverly Boy Productions, Gordon Garreau Jr. humbly credits old school relationship building and customer service values to the success. “just be yourself, and it will naturally happen”.
Gordon’s life philosophy
“Don’t take yourself too seriously. Suit up and show up. And Do the Right Thing.” can be seen playing out in his work and play. He says if you keep showing up, even when you aren’t always motivated. If you just show up for yourself and do the right thing that the discipline will take you places.
He credits his love for martial arts, specifically kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu, for his discipline but also mentions the importance of discipline in all things that you do. He says that martial arts is what keeps him feeling energized, grounded and “sharp,” at work.

Gordon’s business philosophy
It’s not surprising that Gordon’s business philosophy is focused on doing right, building relationships and always delivering exceptional customer service. He says he treats all clients like they are responsible for paying his bills. Each producer at Beverly Boy Productions seems to tout customer relationships as the foundation for their success.
Gordon Garreau Jr. believes that listening is far more important that talking. “You can learn so much more about a project or brand if you really listen” This philosophy suits him well in his production endeavors.
Why Gordon Loves Working in the Industry
Gordon mentions several factors that he happens to love about working in the Production industry. He enjoys always doing something a little different and being creative. He also loves to see a project from development into the actual product and enjoys working with a team to make it happen.
He says building something together, as a team, is gratifying. He states, “Working at Beverly Boy is not just a career its a lifestyle – every time the phone rings there’s always something different…keeps me on my toes.”
Gordon’s Client Relationships
Some of Gordon’s clients are close friends now. Actively communicating on social media about day-to-day activities, Gordon Garreau Jr. mentions frequently the importance of his client relationships and his love for building new relationships and seeing where they will go. “It’s all part of the journey and a day in the life of being a Beverly Boy Producer.”
