EXECUTIVE INTERVIEW VIDEO PRODUCTION
Beverly Boy Productions delivers executive interview video production for HQ offices, studio days, and on-location shoots: two-camera setups, interview lighting, clean audio, optional teleprompter, and edited hero films plus LinkedIn cutdowns. If you need a C-suite or leadership interview that looks intentional on camera, this page describes how we run that day.
This is not a summit hallway interview page and not a full customer case study page. The ask we keep getting is a controlled interview at headquarters or a quiet conference room: two angles, a comfort monitor, releases signed, and cuts ready for the website, sales, and social. We quote that package as one production, then confirm location access and talent windows before crew travels.
Beverly Boy has produced more than 25,000 projects since 2002. We staff executive interview days nationwide, with local or traveling crews as the job needs.
What's included in executive interview video production
- Two-camera interview setups (wide plus tight), with a third angle when the rundown needs it
- Interview lighting shaped for offices, boardrooms, and small studios
- Lav and boom audio so soft-spoken executives still read clean
- Optional teleprompter production when leaders prefer to work from approved copy
- Comfort monitor and calm direction so talent can see framing without leaving the mark
- Hero edit plus LinkedIn and social cutdowns from the same shoot
- B-roll of workplace, product, or campus when the brief calls for it
- Release tracking and labeled selects for legal or communications review
Typical crew and gear
A half-day or full-day executive interview usually includes a director or producer, camera operator(s), audio, and a teleprompter operator when scripts are running. Makeup is available on request for multi-exec days. Cameras are chosen for interview distance and mixed office light, not a catalog dump of every body we own.
Note for producers: building access, NDAs, and which rooms can be lit are controlled by your facilities or security team. We do not promise spaces your company has not cleared. Send the shot list, message points, and any brand guidelines before the shoot day.
How we structure executive interview video production
Pages that rank for executive interview work win on prep and cutdowns, not only on gear lists. We draft or refine question sets with your communications team, decide teleprompter versus conversational delivery before call time, and plan enough takes for a 2 to 3 minute hero film plus several short LinkedIn clips. For leadership messaging that will live on social, LinkedIn’s own guidance on video best practices for business marketing is a useful checklist for length and captions. For customer-facing proof films built around a buyer interview, see our customer case study video production page.
How the process works
- Brief. You send goals, message points, locations, wardrobe notes, and which cuts you need (hero, social, internal).
- Prep. We confirm the room, lighting plan, teleprompter needs, and a question list your legal or comms team has seen.
- Shoot day. Blocking, audio checks, and a warm-up take before the real interview. B-roll as scoped.
- Edit. Rough cut for your review, then captions, graphics, and cutdowns.
- Handoff. Final files in the formats your CMS and social team use, plus a simple media log.
What drives the quote
Cost moves with half-day versus full-day, camera count, teleprompter, makeup, number of executives, travel, and how many finished cuts you need. Interview-style coverage on our site typically ranges from $2,500 to $4,500 per production. Most projects fall between $4,500 and $7,500 for promotional-style edits, or $12,000 to $20,000 for a full brand-story production when the interview day is part of a larger film. Multi-city leadership tours are quoted market by market.
Proof from leadership and brand interview days
On Clutch, a brand manager at an IT solutions company wrote that “We were very satisfied with our cooperation” after we produced a brand video that included leadership storytelling for their website and social channels. For multi-day interview crews at large meetings, see our global summit interview crew page.
Where we cover executive interviews
We film executive interviews across the U.S., including HQ markets and satellite offices. For local crew pickup, see our New York videographer, Los Angeles videographer, Chicago videographer, Atlanta videographer, and Miami videographer pages.

FAQs: Executive Interview Video Production
What is executive interview video production?
It is a planned interview with company leaders, lit and recorded for marketing or communications, usually with multiple camera angles and edited cuts for web and social.
Do you bring a teleprompter?
Yes, when leaders want to work from approved copy. Conversational interviews without a prompter are equally common; we confirm the style in prep.
How long should an executive be on camera?
Most half-day schedules keep each executive in the chair for 30 to 60 minutes of rolling time, plus wardrobe and audio checks. Full days batch several leaders.
Can you film at our headquarters?
Yes. We regularly light conference rooms and offices. Your facilities team controls access and which rooms can be rearranged.
Do you deliver LinkedIn cutdowns?
Yes. Short vertical or square cuts with captions are a standard add when the brief includes social distribution.
How is this different from a customer case study?
Executive interviews feature your leadership. Case study films feature your customer telling a results story. Many brands book both on separate days.
What about releases and legal review?
We collect talent releases as scoped and deliver labeled selects so your legal or communications team can review before publish.
