- Advance. Room dimensions, power, quiet hours, and where gear stages overnight.

- Handoff. Labeled cards or overnight uploads to your edit team, plus a simple media log.

Multi-day summit weeks with full crews are a different scale from a single local interview day. We price from your rider and the real availability in that city that week. We can scope multi-day interview crews for mega-events like that with local or traveling crews, as the job needs, when operators are available for your dates. Switzerland and other non-U.S. markets are confirmed case by case (including work rules and kit) before we commit.
Do you arrange lodging and daily transport?
When you ask for it, we can include lodging research and daily transport as separate line items if rooms and drivers are available. In sold-out summit towns we will tell you early if that is not realistic.
What camera package do you recommend for tight hotel rooms?
Compact cinema bodies with fast primes or short zooms, low-profile lighting, and lav-primary audio. If you require a specific body (for example FX6-class), say so in the brief and we will confirm availability.
Can overseas producers book you as the local partner?
Yes. Many of our summit jobs start with a UK or EU producer who needs a local team on one invoice. Send the rider; we reply with crew, kit, and what you still need to clear with the venue.
Do you include makeup?
Makeup is optional but common for executive interview days. Book it when principals are on camera for long blocks under hard lighting.
How do file handoffs work across time zones?
We can deliver labeled cards at wrap or upload overnight to your FTP/cloud so editors in another country start the next morning. Agree the method before day one.
