Position: Office Manager

Details below:

Job Responsibilities/Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist CEO in office

• Answering and transferring phone calls

• Accounts payable & receivable

• Dealing directly with Clients and Vendors worldwide

• Schedule vendors

• Scanning and filing documents

Required Skills:

• Must have excellent telephone and verbal communication skills

• Familiar with Microsoft word, Excel, Google docs, and basic computer skills

• Organized and attention to detail

• Posses problem solving skills

• Conflict resolution skills

• Personable, ability to work with others

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, results oriented, creative problem solving

• Must be able to multitask

• Posses time management skills

Compensation and hours:

• $22 per hour
• Hours: Monday – Thursday 10:00am-5:00pm (we are located in West Palm Beach)
