Project snapshot: Training / Educational Video • 4-Camera 4K Production • Producer/DP • Three Camera Operators • Jib with Remote Head • Sound Engineer • Gaffer • Arri and Aputure Lighting Package • 12 Edited Chapters
Project overview
Beverly Boy Productions collaborated with Megan DiPiero Coaching to create a training video production Atlanta businesses and educators can use for polished, multi-segment learning content. Filmed in Atlanta, Georgia, this project was built around a robust educational production workflow that included pre-production coordinating, administration, and insurance support before cameras even rolled. On the production side, the crew included a producer/director of photography with a 4K camera package, three additional camera operators with matching 4K camera packages, a sound engineer with mixer, two lavs, and a stick mic, plus a gaffer and a full lighting setup. The production also included a jib with remote head, two TV rentals, and seating for a classroom-style environment with five round tables and fifty chairs. In post, the project was shaped into 12 edited chapters totaling approximately seven hours, complete with color grading for a polished final presentation.

CAPTURING TRAINING CONTENT AT SCALE
Educational productions often need more than a basic camera setup, especially when the goal is to capture a full-room experience in a way that remains clear and engaging for viewers. For this Atlanta shoot, the four-camera configuration gave the production team the flexibility to cover presenters, audience moments, and wide room perspectives without losing the flow of the session.
The jib with remote head also added an extra layer of visual polish. In training environments, that kind of movement can help reveal the scale of the room, create smoother transitions, and keep long-form content from feeling static. Combined with a dedicated sound engineer and a layered lighting package, the setup supported a professional, classroom-style presentation that translated well on screen.
This type of workflow is especially valuable for educational programs that need to be broken into chapters and reused over time.
FINAL DELIVERABLES
The final production delivered polished, long-form educational content designed to be easy to watch, organize, and revisit.
The production included:
Multi-Camera Training Video Coverage
A professionally produced training video setup featuring four 4K camera packages, jib coverage, a dedicated sound workflow, a full lighting design, and a room layout built for educational presentation. The production was structured to capture both the instruction and the broader learning environment with clarity and consistency.
12 Edited Training Chapters
Post-production included 12 edited chapters totaling approximately seven hours of content, with color grading applied to create a polished and cohesive final series. This chapter-based delivery made the training material easier to navigate and more practical for repeated use.
A PRACTICAL NOTE ON EDUCATIONAL VIDEO PRODUCTIONS
Training and educational productions often require careful planning across both production and post. When a project involves multiple speakers, a live room environment, and long-form content, camera coverage, sound quality, and organization become especially important.
A multi-camera setup helps preserve the natural pace of the session while giving editors more options to build a polished final piece. Dedicated audio support is equally important, since educational content depends on clear, consistent speech. Lighting also has to work across both close-up presenter shots and wider room views, especially when the content will be used for long-term training purposes.
Breaking the final program into chapters adds even more value by making the content easier to reuse, reference, and distribute.
