This venue offers comfortable and creative furnishings and seats groups of up to 120 people. Then there is the Embassy Suites of Downtown Louisville. This historic building provides an unforgettable ambiance and is perfect for any kind of company event. This venue seats up to 288 people. We are able to capture excellent interviews and informative sessions and talks during these types of small scale conferences.

Large Scale Louisville Conference Locations

Our Louisville conference video production services can provide crews for any sized conference. For your larger consumer expos, and corporate training seminars in Louisville, there are a couple of the available venue options. One such venue is the CityPlace Expo Center. This is a beautiful and sophisticated venue that has the capacity to seat up to 1500 people. Then there is the 10,000 square foot space at Mellwood Arts & Entertainment Center, which is able to seat over 2300 people at a time. There is also the gigantic 128,000 square foot venue at the Galt House Hotel, which offers 1,310 guest rooms, 2 ballrooms and more than 50 meeting rooms. This place can handle an event with up to 3,000 people. A large venue like this offers great opportunities to film with a 30 – 40 foot jib to record those nice sweeping shots of the audience.
