PROJECT OVERVIEW
Beverly Boy Productions partnered with Octagon to produce a two-part event documentary for Mastercard’s Hudson Yards Summer Concert Series in New York. The project captured the vibrant atmosphere and energy of the concert series across four shoot dates during the summer of 2025. Our mission was to create dynamic, engaging sizzle reels that showcased the unique experience for attendees and event stakeholders.
The final deliverables included:
- A 30-60 second sizzle reel rush edit for Part 1 with text graphics
- A 30-60 second sizzle reel rush edit for Part 2 with text graphics

FINAL DELIVERABLES
The project resulted in two dynamic sizzle reels:
- Part 1 Sizzle Reel – 30-60 second rush edit with text graphics capturing the energy and atmosphere of the first concert series dates (July 9 and July 16, 2025).
- Part 2 Sizzle Reel – 30-60 second rush edit with text graphics showcasing the excitement of the second concert series dates (August 6 and August 13, 2025).
A PRACTICAL NOTE ON LIVE EVENT DOCUMENTATION
