A GREAT opportunity for the right person! Office management/administration experience is a plus.
Job Responsibilities/Duties include but are not limited to:
-Assist CEO
-Answer and transfer calls
-schedule weekly lunch orders
-Keep track of projects of crew
-Maintain, stock and organize office supplies
-Scan and File Documents, book airline tickets & reserve gear rentals
Required Skills:
• Must have excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
• Excellent written, organizational and attention to detail
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Able to handle daily pressures of the position
• Personable, ability to work with others
• Must be able to learn quickly and meet day to day deadlines and expectations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, results oriented, creative problem solving
• Must be able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Posses time management skills

Compensation and hours:
• $20 per hour (potential room for growth)
• Hours: Mon-Friday 9am – 5pm, (must be able to work in our West Palm Beach office)
