Choose an Advertising Platform
Which social media platform will you promote your film on? Don’t just choose the platform that you spend the most time on, do your research to determine where your target audience is spending their time.

Choose Your Audience
Your audience likely has several different subgroups that are defined by key characteristics and demographics. Make a list of the various audience subgroups that you can market to and consider how you can approach each.
You won’t market the same way to the audience as a whole. Some will be more interested in education others a sale. As you define your social media marketing steps, you need to have a full picture of your audience and what makes each subgroup of your audience engaged.

Show that you are a great person to be involved with and, since your film is a direct reflection of you or your brand, that too must be good.
