Data Entry/Office assistant position
Job Responsibilities/Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Assist in updating/editing company blog
• Uploading images and videos to our site
• Assist office manager and staff with various office duties
• Send and receive emails
• Have attention to detail
• Scanning and filing documents
Required Skills:
• Must have good written, and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Able to multitask
• Personable, ability to work with others
• Must be able to learn quickly
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, results oriented, creative problem solving
• Must not be afraid of success
• Posses time management skills
Desired Skills:
• Innovative / Creative thinking
• Problem Solving and conflict resolution skills
• Interpersonal Skills, Communication (oral & written) and listening skills
Compensation and hours:
• $17 per hour
• Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm (must be able to work from our West Palm Beach location)
• Catered office lunch once a week
• Free car wash once per month
• Free Snacks and drinks all day
• Comfortable work environment
