  • Snapchat: Stick to videos that are 1080×1920 and keep file sizes under 32MB. You’ll want to keep your videos generally between 3-10 seconds and no longer than 15 seconds total.
  • TikTok:  Stick to videos that are 1080×1920 and keep file sizes 287.6MB or less. You’ll want to keep your videos between 15 and 60 seconds in most cases or in sets of 15-seconds at a time.
  • Facebook: Stick to videos that are 1280×720 with a frame rate of 30FPS or less. The file size should not exceed 4GB regardless of total length as long as the video is not over 240 minutes.
  • Linkedin: Stick to videos that are under 60FPS, have a maximum file size of 5GB and are under 10 minutes in total length. 
  • Instagram: Stick to videos that are under 4GB, and under 60 seconds for stories or 10 minutes for IGTV videos. 
  • Twitter: Stick to videos that are 1920×1200 maximum dimension but the ideal size is 1280×1024. Don’t exceed 512MB or 140 seconds total length with a 40FPS max frame rate.
  • Pinterest: Stick to videos that are under 30 minutes with a maximum frame rate of 25FPS and make sure your resolution is at least 240p.
