You’re getting insight into the emotional response your customer may have initially had, were they worried, skeptical, enthusiastic, excited? Your current prospects probably have some of the same concerns, thoughts, and emotions so again you’re building rapport but you’re also going to be rebuking objections.
  • If you could use just one word to describe your experience, what would it be? You’re asking this because you’re going to get a host of answers from your customers and ultimately can use the single word compilations as a way of showing your audience what others think.
